Maggie G. McCabe

Maggie McCabe is a Minnesota-licensed attorney who concentrates her practice on labor and employment law. She represents workers and unions in collective bargaining matters and employee-rights issues, advocating for fairness and justice in the workplace.

Maggie graduated fifth in her class from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School and was one of two recipients of the Distinguished Student Award for her graduating class. During law school, she served as Managing Articles Editor of the Law Review and completed an internship with the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan at the Wayne County Prosecutor's Office, where she gained valuable courtroom experience.

Before law school, Maggie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Human Development and Family Studies from Michigan State University. Her undergraduate studies deepened her interest in interpersonal relationships and the social factors that shape individuals and communities. These perspectives inform her client-centered approach to labor and employment law today.

Maggie also previously worked as Associate Director of Legal Operations at a Chicago-based employment law firm where she focused on improving operational efficiency and supported the delivery of high-quality legal services. Her experience on the operational side of legal practice gives her a unique understanding of how to serve clients effectively.

Committed to the legal profession and the next generation of lawyers, Maggie serves as a bar exam tutor for both the NextGen Bar Exam and the Uniform Bar Exam (UBE), helping aspiring attorneys prepare for this critical milestone.
